Beside the discrepancies between general thread standards and those in the printing files where neither M6 and M8 are way out of known standard screw dimension (to me),
I also realized that basic design of the Chuck (without the clamp and ball joint) is detailed on Fusion site and it was design primarily to be metal machining. Further, I found this Chuck fairly enough for very light size.

This looks awesome! Would you mind sharing some step files for people who don't have SW but still want to play around with it?

All printed with PLA
Needed to post process teeth to fit the canal.
Just printed the chuck will use it for other purposes!

Over all loved to print it !!

Well, now I understand, why there are only renders among the model prictures. The model is not made to be 3D printed, since there are basically no assembly tolerances. Basically all the parts need either heavy post processing (sanding, filing), or needed to be re-printed with correct scaling.

@Jendam99_268250 The reason i only post renderings is because i designee everything i make at work and i can't print my creations at work because they don't have a 3d printer, so i print them at home and then i do allot of testing to see what needs to be changed and what not, by the next day i decide that it's good to be posted and i just simply render the product (to the best of my work computer's ability) and i post it
