HOW TO
- Print outer part (Vase Mode)

0.2mm layer height, 0 bottom layers.

It's a long print, brim is recommended. Due to the nature of geometry, outer brim is also inner.
3mm width, 0.05mm gap

0.45 extrusion width, 0mm slice gap, 0.0005mm resolution, XY compensation 0.02
- Print inner part (Normal Mode)
If you are having trouble with first layer, there is a version with less complex geometry on first layer (features start on second layer; cleanup is required)

There is a sacrificial 0.15mm layer at 2.75mm height.

100% rectilinear infill for the upper portion of the part
- Test the fit of all the components
- Disassemble the original case

Carefully pry the plastic cover from the bottom to reveal two screws.
Use PH1 bit to unscrew the latch.
- Assembly

Insert original latch into printed part, carefully pierce sacrificial layer using an awl, begin threading using original screws, stop halfway through to cleanup, screw all the way

Test the fit

Apply strong adhesive and leave clamped until fully cured

Pressure fit the original plastic piece.
