OpenSourceEV Parts designs, produces, and retails 3D printed parts for Rivian EVs. We're Open Source because we post the STL files for every single product that we design so everyone can remix or 3D print them at home for little to no cost. We're committed to enhancing the Rivian Owner community and promoting 3D printing through our natively open approach.
If you are considering purchase a Rivian R1S or R1T, you can both get $500 worth of Rivian Gear, 6 months of free RAN charging, and support our mission of making Open Source enhancements for them by using our Rivian Referral Rewards code - ROBERT1265188. This item is a drawer replacement for the Camp Speaker that is provided by default with all Rivian R1T and R1S electric vehicles. It's modeled to resembled the speaker for a clean OEM-like look.
It's sized to be just a bit shorter to allow for printing on 3D printers with the ability to do 256mm on one axis, such as the Bambu X1 / P1S / P1P and larger Prusa models. It inserts easily into the existing Camp Speaker storage location and clips into place, but does not lock as the software lock requires electrical resistance on the pogo pins, and this model does not include that.
Print using ABS, ASA, or a high quality PETG. This will need supports. We recommend default supports on the Surround and extensive tree supports on the front.

The author remixed this model.
This product is an updated version of acheparev's model that is only two pieces and is bolt together instead requiring posts and glue. It's also optimized for lower material use than the original model and is tweaked to ensure that it prints well on the Bambu X1 or P1 series of printer.
