Water pump impeller for JEWEL Aquarium Eccoflow pump 500

This is a pump impeller (w/o magnet & shaft) for JEWEL Aquarium Eccoflow pump 500.

It is rather small part and should be printed with 0.2 nozzle. Standard 0.4 nozzle did not give satisfying quality. Supports are required. Place the model on a table as is. Layer 0.12, walls 0.2 mm.

Check out Cura project file for printing parameters. Please carefully pay attention to cooling parameters especially ‘fan setting override’ in supports section. I would recommend to not override common fan settings. Otherwise set fan speed for supports to twice faster than for the model. I use custom fan duct with two 5015 coolers so fan values in the project file are rather low. Change fan settings according to your part cooling system.
