Model size: 180x400 mm

Wood used: White Pine, White Maple

Stain used: Golden Pecan

CNC machine used: DIY CNC Router

CNC Process:

For the Adaptive-Clearing Job, I used a (SPE tools ΒΌin up-down cut bit: Amazon link).  At 500-1500mm/min cutting speed with 1.5mm stepdown.

For the Parallel-Pass Job, I used a (Genmitsu R0.5 ball nose bit: Amazon link). At 500- 1000mm/min cutting speed with 0.2mm Stepover.

Remix Changes:

I simplified the model for easier and quicker tool path generation in Fusion360 and increased the (top, left and right) outer walls by 3mm because they were too weak and would break easy.

Update 2 :  Fixed the two windows left and right of Jesus, because they were too small and the tool would chip and break them when passing.

Enjoy! And post makes.
