Unlike designs that attempt to divide the bottle into days of the week, you can easily pour out your pills as needed without having to slide the entire insert in and out. The rotating top with an opening allows you to select which side to dispense from. The two parts easily snap together and are designed so no supports are needed. There should be just enough friction that the top doesn't rotate too easily, yet you can easily spin it with one finger.
This fits prescription bottles with PM-20 listed on the bottom, and which are 89mm tall and 39mm wide (outside dimensions). Mine has a reversible cap that can switch between child-resistant and easy-open modes, though I don't know if that is a requirement for this size to fit the insert.

I like their design, but I found it hard to keep pills from pouring out of both halves when I only wanted a pill from one side, so I added a rotating top with an opening to select which side I dispense from. The 2 parts easily snap together and I designed it so no supports are needed. There should be just enough friction that the top doesn't rotate too easily, yet you can easily spin it with one finger.
