I mount my GoPro with this simple bracket with my RadioLink RC6GS radio.  I like using it on the top, as I can see the framing quickly.

You will need some ¼ 20 screws ½" long and washers. I used some double-sided foam tape to keep it from rotating. 

I printed my in PETG to prevent melting in the car.
