Lifepo4 40135 EVE Battery Cell Holder with cover

Description

I was looking for a holder/spacer for a Lifepo4 battery set based on EVE 40135 cells. So no models were found and I decided to build my own.

The model consists of 2 parts: a holder with additional places for busbars or wires and a cover that protects batteries and connectors from short circuits.

Models attached for 4 and 8 batteries (possible connections are 4S, 4S2P, 8S).

Adding Fusion 360 file with drawings so anyone could combine holders and covers for any amount of batteries in their own sets.

Update 14.12.2025: added single string holder 4S

Print settings

Holder: used supports to print bridges properly

Cover: no supports needed

Printed with PLA, 0.3 layer height, and with 20% of infill. Settings are not so important, just keep it rigid.
