I seperated the part for the Z-axis. The old design reduced the max height of printing parts. Install the axis holder on the plate and attach the chain guide with 2 M3 screws.

  The concept is, that all wires from the Extruder and the x-axis stepper go to the upper left corner via wirechains and from there to the RAMPS board on the back of the printer.
  Use the chain parts from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10946 (Wire-chain-20mm-Link-sNi (1).stl).
  One part goes on the extruders stepper, the other one on the x axis stepper. Put your cables inside and enjoy the your well wired Prusa i3. Use this nice design for the Y Axis
