Solder spool holder

Materials:

• 1pc each of the model files
• 3p M3 x10mm socket head cap screws
• Spool of solder, maximum 70mm diameter and 70mm width

Assembly instructions:

1. Print the model files. Note that the base and spool holder have threaded holes, I suggest a layer height of .2MM or smaller.
2. Screw an M3x10mm screw into each side of the spool holder. These will act as the axles for the spool holder.
3. Place the solder guide on the front side of the base, and screw in with the remaining screw. The solder guide seems a little flimsy so it might need to be redesigned.
4. Place the solder spool holder into the opening in the solder spool.
5. Slide the spool/holder into the slots on the top of the base, and guide it so that it rests at the end of the slot
6. Feed the end of the solder wire through the hole in the solder guide
7. Enjoy!
