This is a modified version of the solder flux paste holder which I made as part of the Solderwire Station side-mounted add-ons. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3546062)

The wall of the holder is slightly thinner than that of the original, i.e. 3mm instead of 4mm, but still with a 20mm inside diameter. If the stronger/ more robust version is still required, then it can be downloaded from the above link, although it may take marginally longer to print.

By attaching a strip of 9mm clear double-sided adhesive gel tape to the flat panel on the back of the holder, it is then possible to attach it to the surface of a (cleaned) tile above the wash basin in a bathroom, ideally using a spirit/ laser level (or mobile phone app) to make sure it is upright.

One of the advantages of this design is that the bristles of the brush do not come into contact with the holder, thereby avoiding buildup of old residues which can later on lead to contamination etc.

If there are several to be made, it is then a simple method of printing out using a prearranged colour-coded system for who is designated to use which colour holder. I would suggest printing each one individually to avoid stringing between each unit and thus avoid the attendant cleanup required before eventual use.

UPDATE 12/07/2021:

Version with 7mm drainage hole added. (The toothbrush still shouldn't fall out, but a hole any larger and it might...)

(I also use a print of the original model as a holder for fine detail paintbrushes, so a hole in the bottom of that one would be rather pointless.)

Notes: 

Make sure to use “Detect bridging parameters” if creating your own .gcode from the .STL file to avoid a pile of filament spaghetti!!

It'll take anywhere around 3.5 hours to print in 0.15mm Quality / High Res mode, but this one is worth waiting for it as you'll probably be seeing and using it at least twice a day - Quality never goes out of style!

Post-Printing

Just the usual cleanup really...

Just don't forget to remove the extraneous 'hairs' of filament from inside the tube and smoothing over the outside with a file or acetone and cloth.

Created two concentric circles in the topview with a line from the center to one side and another at right angles to this to produce the face/ footprint to extrude.

The next slightly more detailed part was to create the dome underneath, by changing the profile plane and a face/ profile which is then revolved (and joined) around the centre of the tube, thus closing it at one end.

 

The remaining corners are then filleted to suit with radii sizes within available dimensions, i.e. using a little intuition or creative input to get the right aesthetic 'feel' within existing constraints.
