Anyone reading this who somehow hasn't already watched Vihart's classic hexaflexagon videos should stop reading now and go watch them. Anyway, I just watched them again for the first time since getting a 3D printer and, well, I did what had to be done. This is the result.
I recommend printing these with a color-change filament and a holographic PEY plate is a nice addition as well.
Assembly happens after three folds, pictured below (all folds are "over" none of them are “under”).
Start like this:

Finally, push all the arrows through the slots, I recommend doing the one that points toward the center first and then doing the outside ones at the same time.
