Almost a carbon copy of the Grand Stand single-bike floor stand. Road version is a little bit shorter than the standard one since I didn't like how my rear derailleurs were leaning on the vertical members.
I broke one of my stands, so I remodeled the whole thing to print a repair part. While I was at it, I made a shorter and wider version for mountain bikes since the standard one had trouble fitting a 2" tire.
Everything modeled in FreeCAD, so I included those files as well if you want to customize it. Recommend printing at 100% infill from something that can stand up to heat, such as PETG/ABS/ASA/Nylon/etc… You will also need the following hardware:
4X 5/16-18 UNC x ¾" Lg. Screws
4X 5/16" Flat Washer, thicker is better
4X 5/16-18 UNC SQUARE NUTS
One stand should take about 1 full roll of plastic and like 5 days of printing. If you need several of these, just buy the OEM ones. They are only $30 and won't take 5 days of assembly. These parts are intended as repair pieces instead of a way to undercut a company that still makes something in the USA!
Also a disclaimer: I am not responsible if you choose to make this, it breaks, and your Trek Project 1 falls over and snaps in half! This is for personal use at your own risk only!
