Precision Utility Knife - Trapezoid Razor Blades

Utility knife for precision work using the standard 61mm trapezoid razor blades:
 (Disclaimer: I have printed this on a very rough PEI, thats why the sides dont look so good, it would porbably be a lot prettier printed on a smoother printing bed)

• Very secure mounting of the blade
• 3x M3 Screw & Nut necessary for construction
• Blades can be reversed
• Perfect for precision work

Printing Recommendation:

• Print flat with 0.2mm layer height!
• Wall line count = 4
• Tough Material recommended - I have used eSUN ePLA-ST Black
• Printing Upper/Lower Half flat
• (BladeGuard was printed standing up)
   

Construction Recommendation:

1. Insert Blade
2. Combine halfes
3. Screw halfes together with 3xM3 Screws & Nuts
