This is the SAURK Tube Fork for big sauce tubes with a thread diameter of about 15mm.

It's easy to print with a FDM or SLA printer.

You can choose:

There are 4 models from which you can choose.

  • short & long tips version
  • metric & non metric 3-way thread

Print Orientation:

To make sure the fork doesn't break, the print orientation is very important. Therefore, place the model in the slicer so that you print it vertical so that the tips of the fork lie on the printing surface. As a result, the tips don't just break off later.

FDM Print Settings:

  • 0.4mm nozzle
  • quality mode
  • 3 perimeters
  • 25% infill
  • 0.1mm Layer high

It's recommended to print it with a food-safe ABS. Because you can then smooth the print with acetone vapor. You can also do it in the dishwasher.

I uses BASF Ultrafuse ABS Natural White and let it about 20-25min in the acetone vaping jar.

Look here how you can easy smooth the print to close the layer gaps:

Optional: If you want, you can also heat the fork tips with a hairdryer or similar to bend them a little round if desired.
