Having weight on the top of the printer sucks, and I wanted an option that wouldn't take up too much space in my enclosure. Then I found the original model, checked its compatibility with my enclosure, and found out that the tubing diameters do not match (original model uses ~16mm diameter tubes, mine uses ~8mm diameter tubes).
So I decided to simply decrease the diameter from 16mm to 8mm, and here we are.
Before you print:
- If your enclosure uses 16mm diameter pipes, checkout the original version of this model instead.
- The model DOES NOT compensate for material shrinkage, so you should increase the scale before slicing.
- Just like the original model, the spool holder can be mounted with the stock screws and t-nuts from Ender 3. If you use Ender 3 V3 SE (like I do), then you would need 2 M3 screws with washers and nuts (the stock M5 screws fit, but I don't think you can find nuts that fit this model unless you print one out yourself).
I had 2 M3 screws of length 8mm with washers lying around so I used them to mount my spool holder.

Differences of the remix compared to the original
Unlike the original model, which fits with ~16mm diameter tubes, this model fits with ~8mm diameter tubes.
