Switzerland has this cheese called “tête de moine” (literally translated: the monks head). To eat it you need a special scraper that scrapes the surface of the cheese. Fun fact: the cheese is called like this because you “shave" it off, and so it looks like a monk's head (bald). You do so using a sort of knife which has a knob at the end of it.
This is a perfect replacement for the official knob that is nowhere to be found.
