This 3D-printed insert is designed to fit inside the base box and will hold all cards from the standard deck, sleeved or non-sleeved. It includes divider tabs (shown in white) to separate the different types of cards: How to Play, Gene Pool, Catastrophes, Ages, and Traits. There are multiple notches in the base (shown in black) so you can adjust the width of each section.

There is about 32 mm of additional space which could potentially hold some expansion packs, though I have not tested this myself.

I made this because standard-sized 63.5 x 88mm (2.5 x 3.5 in) sleeves made the cards too thick for the original cardboard organizer. I sell this on my Etsy for people who don't have access to a 3D printer.
