Bike attachment for children's horn (cactus)

I got a cactus bike squeaky horn from REI for my son's bike, and the mounting mechanism snapped. Since the nut and screw were still working fine, I created a mechanism to attach the horn to the seat on our longtail bike (Aventon Abound).
