A two digit life counter with a small compartment inside, a screw on lid and detents for the number positions.
Recommended for printing is a layer height of 0.16mm and a 0.4 mm nozzle, but up to a layer height of 0.2mm and a 0.6mm nozzle the results have been surprisingly good as well.
For multicolor printing and convinience, a 3MF file is provided. There are several modifiers present, deactivate or change them to get your desired outcome.
The .stl files also allow to paint and arrange it yourself.
The optional text on the lid or axle (like HP & XP) simply is added via the text shape tool of the slicer. Any font you have installed is possible, the font used for the rendered image is the newer version of “Pricedown”.
Material at one's discretion, I opted for PETG and 25% infill.
Scaling it down up to 50% is possible, smaller and the tolerances may be become a problem.
If not already printed as multicolor, nail polish or model paint works well to highlight the glyphs. For text on the axle or lid a manual filament swap is advised, using the text shape tool to emboss your text may also be an option.
There may be improvements and modifications based on feedback given here.
Maybe, take a look at my other designs ;-)
