Ritewing Mini Drak RX Cover Hinged

Ritewing Mini Drak RX Bay cover, hinged.

Designed to fit as direct drop in for stock coraplast bay covers.

Introduction

Fitting UHF dipole vertically with both elements above the craft.

Two small naca ducts provide some cooling intake.

There are x2 Lid versions - one with tube adapter combined and one separate.

Fits the stock M6 screws securing the lid.

Recommended print materials:

Used 100% infill for all parts.

1. PLA.
2. PETG.
3. ABS

Parts and bits

1. Glue - E6000
2. Hinge axis - I've used 1mm dia. paper clip. (Any 1 mm dia. steel wire will do)
3. Antenna tube - x10 Antenna Tubes 2mm ID 3 mm OD

Assembly instructions

1. Glue adapter into lid using CA.
2. Insert hinge axis (1mm dia.), trim to length.
3. Glue into adapter the antenna tube.
4. Glue onto craft using E6000 glue.
5. Insert antenna into tube secure using some hot glue.
6. Secure feed line to lid using some hot glue.
