All the editable parameters are gathered in sketches/main.
Edit the sketch, create meshes from models using Mesh Design workbench > Meshes > Create mesh from shape, export meshes to stl files, create a mirrored copy of the shoulder part in slicer software, slice, print, assemble (no screws or glue required, parts are held together by tight fit).
There's a .3mf file attached with all the settings that worked fine for me.
