Parametric Rugged Box (FreeCAD)

Remix of Rugged Box V1 from @Whity + @Yanev recreated with FreeCAD 0.21.1 for practice. Spreadsheet included in file. Feedback is welcome. 

Three model options:

• RuggedBoxCopyV15.FCStd = base model, no tray
• RuggedBoxCopyV15TrayB.FCStd = non-removable tray 
• RuggedBoxCopyV15TrayA.FCStd = removable tray 

Parts list:

• 1 x lid
• 1 x box
• 2 x latches
• 6 x  3mm x 30mm screws
• 1 x removable tray (optional, see file list)

My Print Parameters:

• PLA
• 0.3mm layer height
• 2 perimeters
• 15% infill
• brim enabled
• no supports

Snug tolerance (0.25mm) for removable tray -- adjust according to your printer's accuracy. Note: installing foam in lid will keep contents from mixing when upending box or placing on its side.

Added a second tray option:

• RuggedBoxCopyV14TrayB.FCStd = non-removable tray 
• RuggedBoxCopyV14TrayA.FCStd = removable tray 

NOTE: malformed constraints (broken model resulting from “flipping”) still possible due to large, individual size changes ie InnerBoxBottomHeight from 75 to 30. However will successfully resize from 75 to 30 in smaller increments ie increments of 5. Have not yet found another solution.

Addressed a few sketching errors resulting in TNP failures. v14 should be fully parametric and 100% "stable”. Design is otherwise unchanged. Any issues please let me know :()
