SR Suntour remote release lever fix

This is replacement for release lever of remote lock used on SR Suntour Epixon 2015 MTB fork which I have snapped in crash.

The lever shape donť exactly follow original. It is little longer, so whole assembly can be twisted little bit more towards rider and lock lever be more accessible.

Uploaded 3 files:
a - main replacement lever
b - additional piece to have thicker end
ab - both combined, to be cut to 2 pieces for printing at 1,5 mm with slicer

Glue parts a+b together if you chose to.

To remove axle from original assembly I had to drill small hole on blind end to push rod out. 1 mm drill in hand handle and 1,6 hex bit with hammer worked for me.

Move metal locking plate and spring to replacement lever and assemble back.
