Rain barrel to 1.5" pool drain hose adapter

My rain barrel I paid for (dumb move by the way… got a massive cistern for $30 that was used for soap that works a billion times better) had a ½" NPT connection on the top and bottom.  Not sure why they'd do that, since so few of anything hose like in the garden seems to be ½".  Either way, I made an adapter that fits on the ½" and goes to 1-½" pool hose.  I used that to connect my rain gutter diverter to my rain barrel.  Works awsome.

I made a little screen in it as well to trap stuff from getting in… namely the yellow jackets that seem to want to use this as a beachside pool.  The screen screws in, the other side screws to ½", and you just clamp the hose over the top.
