Built on @felix's model to simplify usage and enable me to create some automations.
I used a Sonoff S31 which enables me to monitor energy consumption and remotely turn the power on/off. I use ESPHome (on the S31) and HomeAssistant to track power consumption, and automatically shut off the power to the charger when it completes charging. I also use that to trigger a notification to my phone to unplug the bike.
I also simplified the wiring - uses everything “off the shelf” no creating your own outlet/cable.

Short right angle IEC320 C7 power cable (I used a 3ft model I had lying around) (amazon)
3 Prong Extension Cord - just about any should do (amazon)
Wall screws with anchors as needed
Assembly / Installation
Print the main body
Remove any supports
Insert the plug holder from the side, lock in place with “lock”
Slide the Sonoff S31 from the inside of the case
Toggle button should be facing outward
Metal prongs face down to bottom of case
Thread the extension cable in from the “back” of the case
Connect S31 to extension cable
Slide in Bosch charger from the top - should hold everything together nicely
Modified to accommodate a Sonoff S31 Relay / Energy monitoring plug within the enclosure. Also made other minor tweaks (e.g., remove requirement for splicing your own power cable, can accept basic extension cord).
