Got my Pineberry M.2 HatDrive Bottom today and couldn't find a case for it and my Raspberry Pi 5 so I hacked this one together.

It holds without screws, but it's pretty thin, so don't expect to be able to pull it in and out too many times (or more than once)

Not sure how cool that M.2 is going to stay being upside down in an enclosed space, but I guess we'll see. The active Pi 5 fan might be pulling some air in through the bottom holes, but it might not.

I made it in TinkerCad so it's not the greatest design, and I have no CAD files (it's just hacked together from other cases). I made it before I could find any model files so I made it with calipers.

Sorry for the bad quality in my ABS test print, it was a 0.6 nozzle at 0.3 layer height and fast.

I quickly made some alternate top versions that have knockouts for the GPIO and video ports, as well as a bottom with a knockout over the M2 location so M2 with heatsinks can be used (there is a 4mm space between the M2 chip surface and the case normally).
