I saw a machine on kickstarter that cut cardboard that wasn't out yet, and i wanted to make one for my kids for this past Christmas.

I think this is pretty kid safe, as I haven't ben able to hurt myself and my 2 year old has used it.

I printed 6 outer layers and 20% infill, and printed with a .06 nozzle.

you will need 4 of each of the corner pieces and the edge parts.

I used ¼ plywood to make the box and uploaded the dimensions as 3d files.

I mounted the main mount first then cut the hole in the lid, lots of the locations for things are kind of loosy goosy.  I like to make things, but im not very good at making the instructions to make it.  mostly cus ADHD.   ask questions and ill see if I can help.

Fasteners and screws is up to you, machine screws, wood screws, drywall screws, self tapping?  cool.   use what you have.

the nibbler link is from amazon, but it can be found elsewhere.

I did file out the slot where material feeds in just a bit larger to fit normal carboard width, and then I filed down the exit chute to make material exit flow easier.

The drill i used is from harbor freight.

I cut the handle off this for it to fit properly, then zip tied the trigger on and then added an inline toggle switch.   I used the drills power cord and the stress (shroud?) with a printed exterior clamp.

The toggle switch I used.

Magnets that I used are 1" x ½" x 1/8". 4 in total

Some of my design choices are because I had that item, use what you have.

Please feel free to improve this design.
