Adjustable spoolholder

This is my first modell of a spool holder. i always wanted a good functional poduct wich delivers what it offers and deliver it will. 

Hardware needed:

8 times M3 Heat inserst

8 times M3x15mm screw

4 times M5x12mm “minimum length”

optional:

4 times 625zz Bearing

Assembly:

Step 1: print all the parts in ABS 30% infill 5 walls with a 0,4 nozzle.

What do i select and what do you need.

Part with the 1. label are needed. Print all of them once.

Part with the 2. label. You can choose between 2.1 if you have 4x 625 zz Bearings or 4 x the 2.2 if you don't have bearings on your hand. 

Part with the 3. label.  Chose between 3.1 if you are unsure about your printer tollerance and 3.2 if you are sure your printer does a good job.

Step 2: Install the heat inserts 8 x M3 heat insert on the main roller bodys “look at the pictures”.

Step 3: Install 4x M5x12mm "minimum length" screws on the 4 roller holders install them on the dented hole side and stick your rollers on.

Step 4: Secure the roller holders on the main body their position is labeld and you don't see their position later on. Use for this 8x M3x15mm.

Step 5: Assemble erverything stick the adjustment screw trough the Main Right roller and fix it with the ring in position.
