MK3.5(S) upgrade

Stage 1: Read the manual first!

• Don't disassemble the printer for now, follow the instructions provided in the manual.

Stage 2: Printing the required parts

• The upgrade package includes a spool of PETG black (400 g). It is a sufficient amount of filament to print all the parts.
• There are four G-codes available (2 for MK3.5 and 2 for MK3.5S), both include all parts for your MK3.5(S) upgrade. Select the first, if you plan to use your MK3.5(S) without Enclosure. Select the second, if you plan to use your MK3.5(S) with the Enclosure and the xLCD mounted outside.
• Optional: If you decide to upgrade your older Silver PSU to the newer Black PSU, remember to print PSU-cover.stl from the 'PSU upgrade' folder in the 'Files' tab. Print settings are described below.

Stage 3: Assembling the MK3.5(S) upgrade

• Follow the instructions, prepare parts, and then assemble your full MK3.5(S) upgrade.

Download the latest PrusaSlicer and use the following settings**:

• Print settings: 0.20mm QUALITY
• Filament: PETG (tested on Prusament)
• 15% Grid infill

** Note that print settings are recommended, but you can experiment with your own.
