Dewalt Track Saw Guide Adapter for 20v Cordless 6-1/2in Saw

This Dewalt Track Saw Adapter Guide allows you to use your 20v 6-½ in cordless saw with the full size tracks!  

*Use at your own risk*  This design prevents the blade guard from recoiling to cover the blade.  Also, typical track saws are plunge saws. Although it works well, use this design with caution.  Designer assumes no responsibility for the end use of this design. 

Requires 1x  3/4in ¼-20 pan head screw to affix to saw.

I suggest printing with snug normal support, track side down.  Two pieces, the smaller piece offers better stability, but is optional.  Two halves will need to be glued together.  I recommend printing with more durable material such as ABS, ASA, PC, or PETG.  4 walls, 5 top and bottom layers, 15 percent rectilinear infill, 0.2mm layers.
