Model of Converse Shoe

I decided to make a 3d model of this shoe for a friend of mine a couple of years ago to try to print a shoe for them. Unfortunately, I didn't have any idea what I was doing so it got messed up and I couldn't make it. 

If someone could hollow out the model and print it to see how it goes that would be super cool. 

Like I said before, the toe of the shoe is solid since the scan couldn't get a good look inside of the shoe. Feel free to edit it a little bit and maybe make the model a little more complex since it looks like a bunch of triangles right now.
