SOLDERING HELPER CLIPS

I remix the original model adding two holes on the base to fit spacers.

Those spacer holds a bed where you lay your components that you need to solder.

NOTICE:

THE HIGHER THE BED IS , MORE UNSTABLE THE BED IS.

SO KEEP IN MIND THIS AND THE BED IT'S ONLY USED TO LAY SMALL COMPONENTS AND NOT HEAVY.

YOU HAVE TWO DIFFERENT HEIGHT:

FOR THE FIRST YOU NEED JUST TO INSERT THE SLIMMER CYLINDER ON THE BED AND LAY THE BED ON THEM.

FOR THE SECOND HEIGHT YOU NEED TO INSERT THE LARGER CYLINDER INTO THE 2 SLIMMER AND THEN LAY THE BED ON.

NOTICE:

I use this soldering helper clips ONLY for quick SOLDERING PROCEDURE. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SOLDER RADIATES HEAT AND THE PARTS ARE PRINTED IN PLASTIC!!

NOTICE:

DON'T LAY THE SOLDER ON THE BED OR ON THE CLIPS

MATERIAL:

I USE ABS, you can go with PC or PAHT-CF.

PROFILE:

I choose the standard profile you see on the Bambu Lab Studio.
