Update 5-Jul-2021: Added a mid section to the 45 version as sometimes under heavy agitation the film edges will poke out the sides.

Not blocking commercial on this one, and included the Fusion and Step files for you to improve as I am not too involved in these formats. Go ahead and unleash them out unto the world, but please keep the Skellareel part of the name to satisfy the attribution condition of the license.
If printing with PLA and PETG the tube section might be a bit oversize. I use brims and have a thicker first layer so this helps keep it from sliding on the tube. Print out the first 10mm or so to check fitment and then shrink accordingly in your slicer. The film will still fit.
Use settings that you know will ensure a watertight print, and iron if possible to help seal the top layers.
I printed fine without supports, 0.2 layer height, 20% gyroid infill, 3 perimeters, monotonic top/bottom patterns.
