Fat Grips (Jimmy Grips)

These are called Jimmy Grips, designed to operate like the popularly known Fat Grips. I added my own deep and thick knurling, and is designed to wrap around barbells or dumbells.

The purpose of these jimmy grips is they wrap around a barbell or dumbell, making the grip about 2 inches, which will help develop forearms and grip strength. 

Fat Grips regularly cost $30,  and now these will only cost whatever your filament does, and you dont have to wait on shipping or run to the store.

This design must be printed in TPU so it can flex around barbells and dumbells. I printed mine with Overture TPU, with 95 A hardness rating. 

Print Settings used on my Creality Cr-10 Smart Pro:

50mm per second

.3mm layer height (Do whatever you like, in my experience  thelarger layer heights make it easier to grip, but the whole point is to train grip right?)

.4mm nozzle
