Sim Racing GX150 Linear Bearing Rail Mount - SFX-100

For SFX-100 or DIY sim rig motion platform builders, this is designed to help mount a GX150 linear bearing rail to aluminum extrusion.

This mount can be bolted to the GX150's aluminum rail and allow the rail to sit right-side-up (screw and bearing exposed upwards) or to the movable platform and have the rail sit upside-down (screw and bearing covered from dust and as pictured in my photos).  Utilizes holes for M6 bolts (which mount to either side of the GX150) and M8 bolts to mount to standard t-nuts.

Print two (2) per GX150 (or more as you desire).

Print options:  PLA or PETG (I prefer PLA and have never had a motion rig part fail)

0.4 nozzle:

• 0.25 mm layer height
• 0.2 mm first layer height
• 8 perimeters
• 12 top/bottom layers
• 20% infill, triangle pattern
• solid infill every 20 layers
• perimeter start point: random
• 5 mm brim, single layer high

0.6 nozzle (my preference):

• 0.3 or 0.4 mm layer height
• 0.2 mm first layer height
• 5 perimeters
• 8 top/bottom layers
• 25% infill, triangle pattern
• solid infill every 20 layers
• perimeter start point: random
• 5 mm brim, single layer high
