Added version for 60mm fan – I don't have a fan to test this with so please let me know if it all fits correctly
Cover for the Meanwell LRS 350-24 (Present in some Ender 3's, all Ender 3 Pro's, V2's and Max's), mounts to the inside of the PSU like the stock cover.
Replaces stock fan with an 80mm fan with better fan placement for more efficient cooling. Unlike some other fan covers, this one encourages active airflow through the whole PSU case, meaning the fan is on even less than before.
You can use all the stock screws and fittings from the original metal cover as I designed this directly from Meanwell's CAD file for this PSU - I recommend using the fan screws from the original 60mm fan and replacing the sheath from the original fan onto the new fan cable for safety.
An advantage of this case is the 80mm fan upgrade, which allows more air to enter at a lower RPM, thus making it nearly silent whilst staying safe. I have reliably had this on my ender 3 V2 for almost 3 years now without fault.
The image of it on my power supply was an older revision hence the slight differences to the provided STL. Note - Please mount the fan on the outside of the case as there isn't enough room for the larger fan to be on the inside - will need to use risers to increase height of printer for ender 3 v2 (not sure for the others).
I have used an 80x10 12v fan - Ensure polarity of fan wires and fan voltage is correct or may cause damage!
