UFS-108 1/4" Hex Adapter to 4mm Hex Bit

I have a few loose 4mm hex bits. These fit loosely in the 1/4" hex bit holes. I designed a small spacer to fill the gap and make it look nicer. Now I have a nice holder to store all my spare bits.
