Fully parametric 3d model for making your own li-ion packs
You can weld your own battery pack with any configuration, eg. 2s2p, 6s1p, 8s8p or even 1s1p.
Almost any param can be configured, eg. battery diameter can be 18, or 21, or any number you enter (within some range), more detailed info later.
In addition, model have huge amount of validations, for example if battery diameter is set to 36mm, but distance between batteries is set to 20mm it's still gonna be valid, as distance adjusts to have at least 1mm wall between cells.
You need to have FreeCAD to be able to edit this model. For basic usage open InputValues spreadsheet and enter proper values in Inputs column. For advanced FreeCAD users, you can check Math spreadsheet if you want to change some logic. It uses some advanced features so you have to know what you are doing there.
If you need some additional features you can easily add them, I'd recommend using Body and doing it with Part Design or Part workbenches. This way you can always delete it when something goes wrong and Core body will be untouched.
Important note for beginners, if you add additional features and change something in spreadsheet it may fail, so be sure that proper values are there before adding it.
Info note, to make sure your battery fits, you can set its diameter and 1s1p configuration and make test print before printing eg. 6s3p case, it will save some amount of time and filament.
Info note 2, model has symmetric opposite sides, but slightly different perpendicular ones, you can use this as advantage and instead of 4s2p print 2s4p version
Info note 3, you can use this as a storage case if you set slightly higher battery diameter and proper height
