The holding arms are much tighter, 20mm longer than the original, and designed to hold a 2022 iPad Air. The arms have a 0.5x8mm cutout where you can glue a 1-2mm thick foam (rubber) strip for a soft grip on the iPad. (I used 2x8mm rubber).
Adds additional adjustment to stand. Goes lower another 20 degrees, while still supporting all the original adjustment points. This makes it a bit better for drawing while at a table. The arms can be used with the original hooks that hold tablet. These back arms also accept the original back support.
There is one STL file that contains 2 of the hook pieces and 2 of the back arms.
I printed @0.2mm layer and 3-4 perimeters using PLA.
Some had problems attaching the back support to the back arms. Simply get a small file (l used a large metal nail file) that has teeth on the edge and file the inset of the tabs a bit. This makes the back support go easily, but with enough friction so it won't release on its own.
