I\u2019ve made some ball bearings with PLA and found that they typically have a sticky point or two.

My perception that PLA on PLA surfaces have pretty low friction, turned out to be correct. This bearing has a V shape interface between the inner and outer rings.

Prints in a single print without supports.

it is nowhere as strong as a steel ball bearing, but is appropriate for many low-load PLA projects that require a turning shaft to be supported with loads appropriate to PLA.

Do NOT use it to support a skateboard and human.

The clearance between the 2V shapes load surfaces is 0.3 mm.

I had no luck separating the Outer and Inner Races until I added a slot and twister. I don't think the slot will affect your mating shaft. To separate the races, hold the outer ring with a pair of pliers, insert the twister, and twist.
