The rotary speed select knob fell off of my vornado room fan, so i modeled this new one. It connects to the fan using the D-shaped rotary switch on the fan. May work for other fans as well that use the same switch. It took a few prints to get the clearances right to slide o n to the switch, but if it doesn't fit it may be easiest to just do some minor scaling. I also left the part file so if you have Solidworks, you can open it and do your own clearance. I would print upright on the small face with the D-shaped hole. Enable supports, but make sure to suppress supports inside the hole as they can be very difficult to remove.
