Sometimes you want to join two 2020 extrusions together but in a way that can be removed without any tools.  It is sometimes possible to use the Annex “corner” clips for this, but sometimes this is not possible.  My use-case, for example, was to attach detachable back/side panels for my Voron 2.4/Doomcube based printer, but due to the use of alu corner brackets there simply wasn't space for 3D printed corner clips.

See the picture to get an idea for when this clip is useful.

For each clip, simply print x4 keys as well.  The key is exactly identical to the 3mm upstream clip; I re-uploaded it here for convenience.

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I took the Annex single clip and converted it from connecting a single extrusion to a (e.g. acrylic) panel, it instead joins two extrusions together.
