Router baseplate to quickly make beadboards. Designed to be used with a Makita RT0700C and this router bit:
Freud 20-301: 1/8" Radius Beadboard Bit System with 1/4" Shank
To use the baseplate, notice that there is one edge with a square and another with an oval. Each of these sides have a different offset to the bit.
Route one groove with the square along the fence (don't move the fence!), then route the second groove with the oval along the fence. The two passes will make the beadboard groove shown in the two pictures.
CAD file is included so that baseplate can be redesigned as needed
