UPDATE: 02/21/24: A top cabinet variant is now available Desktop Mini Toolbox - Top Cabinet: 4 Drawer Edition!
There is a brand name micro toolbox that already exists which is maybe a little nicer than this one as it is made of steel, but why buy a $200 brand name tool box when you can print your own for a fraction of the price? Coming in just under 1kg of filament, it's much more affordable!
You will need to print:
Drawer handle covers, feet and corner edges need to be glued on.
Drawer slides are designed with a 0.3mm tolerance and slid in well for me. They may need a light sand in the cabinet to slide smoothly.
A note when printing the drawers, they are currently configured with organic supports and a small brim, it should not sag while printing the handle overhang. I did have issues printing 1 of mine causing it to bow out a little, but the handle cover hides the imperfection. They are also configured with a small brim in the 3mf files which will require trimming off since I had issues with lifting, but you can also disable it.
If slicing the drawers yourself, please use organic supports for the drawer handle, regular grid supports will cause it to sag!
The main Cabinet is designed to be printed on it's back face with no supports.
