Improved OTF blade and switch

I felt the blade and switch could use a little improvement. I adapted some features from another OTF model on thingiverse (model removed recently)

I have also uploaded the handle and locking mechanism to make it easier to keep all the files together. 

The blade and switch are pulled from another design on thingiverse and added in. The design was removed for some reason from thingiverse the other day. 

The blade does not twist as much in the handle, reducing jams. The switch is a little easier to use on the thumb.
