This bag holder was designed for our cat litter bags, as the handles are very stiff and sharp and thus cut into thefingers while carrying.
The print was tested on a Prusa Mini with PLA filament and 20% infill.
Even with weak print orientation (handle laying flat on the bed) it can hold 5kg with no problem.
For higher stability I would suggest a print orientation where the hooks are orientated parallel to the print bed.
