The Adafruit 369 DC jack allows you to add a low voltage barrel connector to a wire, but the wire is unsupported at the connection point.  This shroud provides strain relief and snaps onto the jack to with only minor mods needed.

This shroud is sized for the Ada 369 jack and 2-conductor round wire with a 4.5mm jacket.  To use, slide a 20mm length of 6.4mm 3:1 heat shrink tubing and this shroud onto the wire, strip and secure the wires to the jack, slide the shroud straight over the back of the jack until it snaps on, and carefully heat the heat shrink tubing.  The shroud is intended for one-time installation so make sure your wires are good first--you would have to cut up the shroud to remove it. Print the shroud with the open side down; it needs snug supports for the inner surface.

Jack mods:
1. Cut a slot 0.5mm deep, 1.5mm wide, 1.5mm from lower edge of jack for the locking ridge.
2. File a slight chamfer on the top back edge of the green block to help the shroud slide on.
