Replacement Handle for Olympia Pack 'n Roll Steel Folding Hand Truck

Replaces the red handle of the Olympia Pack 'n Roll Steel Folding Hand Truck, 200-lb.

This is for the one that's commonly purchased at Canadian Tire in Canada. Hopefully it works for other models.

The way I broke the existing one was the screws dug through the plastic around the holes. In my model I put more material to hopefully prevent it from happening.

Should be stronger in theory, however injection molded plastic is stronger.

Install Instructions

Put one side in, then use a flat head screwdriver to spread the limbs or just push with your thumbs.

Print Instructions

Print it flat as provided. I used a 40% Cubic Infill with 3 Perimeters in PETG, hoping the flexibility would prevent some of the failures I experienced in prototyping.

If it fails it will probably delaminate across the layer lines.
