Roll the dice and depending what it lands on take that much from the pile. The game is played by placing a set wager like a quarter or dime in the pile. Everyone playing pays the set wager before the game begins. 

TT: Toma Todo (take all)

TP: Todos Ponen (everyone adds 1)

T1,T2,T3: Toma 1,2,3 (take 1,2or3)

P1,P2,P3: Pon 1,2,3 (add 1,2or3 to the pile)
